Sirente LLP ("we", "us", or "our") operates Sirente at https://sirente.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

1. Who We Are

Sirente LLP is the data controller for Sirente. We are incorporated in India. For any privacy-related queries, contact us at [email protected].

2. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account we collect your name and email address via Google OAuth, and your phone number, which we verify with a one-time code sent over WhatsApp. We do not store your Google password. Legacy accounts created with email and password retain those credentials until migrated.

Property photos you provide

When you analyse a property, you provide photos of that property, for example by uploading them on the web or sending them to us on WhatsApp. These images are stored on our servers and processed by our AI pipeline. See Section 3 for details on how provided content is used.

Usage data

With your consent, we collect analytics data (page visits, feature usage, session recordings) via PostHog. If you decline, visits are only counted anonymously, without cookies. See Section 5 for details.

Payment information

We do not store your card details. Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international). We store only transaction identifiers and credit balances.

3. User-Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading content you grant Sirente LLP a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and analyse that content for the purpose of providing the Sirente service. We may keep information that no longer identifies you, and use it to operate, improve and develop our services. We will not share your photos with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g. cloud storage providers under data processing agreements).

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone, or by contacting us at [email protected].

4. AI Processing

Sirente analyses property photos using machine learning models to generate spatial intelligence reports. Analysis results are informational only and do not constitute professional real estate, legal, or investment advice. Accuracy is not guaranteed.

5. Analytics

With your consent, we use PostHog to collect analytics. PostHog is hosted in the EU. Data collected includes page views, feature interactions and session recordings; what you type into forms is masked in recordings. If you decline, visits are counted anonymously, without cookies or a profile. We do not use this data for advertising.

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time via the cookie preferences panel (accessible from the cookie banner or by clearing your cookies).

6. Cookies

We use two categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary: session and authentication cookies required for the app to function. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics: PostHog cookies, set only with your consent. You can accept or reject these in the cookie banner.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data and uploaded photos for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Analytics data in PostHog is retained for 12 months. Payment transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations.

8. Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for analytics at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India
