Two foundations
Sirente Intelligence
Reads a home from its photographs: the light, the space, how the rooms connect, and what the camera was asked to leave out. Every claim the listing makes is checked against what the photos show.
The Habitat City Model
Reads the city around a home: the walk to what a day needs, the evenings, the green, the quiet, the ride to work, how low the ground sits, and the lane at the door. 113 neighbourhoods across seven cities, as of October 2026.
Where it reaches people
- The web Live
- habitatsignal.com: send a listing, read the verdict, and keep every home in one journal.
- WhatsApp Live
- Forward the listing to the concierge, in the chat it arrived in.
- Assistants Planned
- Claude, ChatGPT and the agents people build, through Sirente's MCP server.
- The API Planned
- For products that want the same read.
How we work
We never fetch a listing.
Our servers never open a listing site. People bring their own photos, a map pin, or a page their own assistant opened for them.
Nothing to sell.
No commission and no listings to push, so the read can say when a home is not worth the visit.
One scale, every city.
Each neighbourhood is read against its own city and against the other cities we cover, so a strong read means the same in Pune as in Mumbai.
Your photos stay yours.
People keep ownership of what they send, and analytics run only with consent.

HabitatSignal Live
The verdict, before the visit. For people looking for a home to rent or buy in India: send the listing, and know whether it is worth the trip.
