Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sirente at https://sirente.ai, operated by Sirente LLP. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sirente you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full.

2. Description of Service

Sirente is a spatial intelligence platform that analyses property photos using AI to produce reports on noise, light, space, and neighbourhood characteristics. Analysis results are informational only.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Sirente LLP is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos and content you upload to Sirente. By uploading content you grant Sirente LLP a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of providing the service.

You represent that you have the right to upload all content you submit and that such content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have the right to share
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
  • Use the service, its outputs, or its locality data to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine-learning or AI model, or extract them for any dataset, without written permission
  • Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service

6. Credits and Payments

Sirente works on credits. Each kind of read uses the number of credits shown on our pricing page when you ask for it. Credits come in packs, and a pack's credits stay valid for the period stated on the pricing page when you buy it; credits not used by then lapse. Credits are non-refundable once used.

Payments are processed by our payment partners, such as Razorpay. By completing a purchase you agree to the payment provider's terms of service. Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes.

7. No Professional Advice

Analysis reports generated by Sirente are informational only and do not constitute professional real estate, legal, financial, or investment advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any property-related decisions. Sirente LLP does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any analysis.

Analyses are automated estimates generated by AI from photos and other inputs you provide. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, are provided solely to assist your own decision-making, and are not statements of fact about any property, listing, agent, seller, developer, or other third party. Signals such as photo authenticity, room size, condition, and pricing are probabilistic indications for you to verify independently, not verified conclusions. You agree not to treat any analysis as a verified fact or as the sole basis for a decision, and to independently verify anything material before acting on it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sirente LLP's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sirente LLP in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Sirente LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone, or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited on termination for cause.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
